This project is part of the San Francisco Arts Commission "Art in Storefronts project." Located in Chinatown, this site-specific multimedia piece is a celebration of local history. The mural's content was generated from interviews with local residents and community leaders. The audio from these interviews, as well as music from the once famous nightclub where this mural is located, can be heard coming from the doorway to the left of the painting and underneath the disco ball.
